Why Performance Insight

Organizational psychology, practically applied

Research-grounded insight makes complex leadership and organizational dynamics clear, practical, and actionable.

Customized around your real work

Every engagement is shaped around your context, people, priorities, and current business challenges.

Reinforced for lasting change

Real-work experiments, coaching, reflection, and reinforcement help new behaviors take hold and last.

Turning Succession Planning into Leadership Readiness

A regional financial institution created a 14-month cohort-based program to prepare selected high-potential leaders for broader responsibility. Individual assessment and coaching, workshops, peer coaching, networking, and enterprise exposure connected development to real work. Now in its third cohort, the program continues to build an expanding network of leaders prepared for broader contribution.

Impact Over half of participants have been promoted, while others have assumed broader roles and led strategic initiatives.

Helping a Leadership Team Move from Good to Great

A manufacturing leadership team—with a new leader and several newer members—wanted to strengthen trust, psychological safety, peer feedback, and shared accountability. Confidential interviews, team assessments, sponsor alignment, and two facilitated offsites connected the work to actual relationships and business priorities.

Impact The team developed a stronger “first team” mindset, shared information and solicited input more proactively, improved its operating cadence, and aligned more clearly around goals and priorities.
