Dr. Paige P. Wolf is a Senior Consultant at Performance Insight, LLC, and an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Business at George Mason University (GMU). Paige has over 20 years experience as an internal and external consultant on strategic human resource initiatives. Her work with both private and public sector clients has focused on improving human potential and effectiveness at work and includes projects involving competency modeling, performance management, employee selection systems, career planning, employee training and development, leadership assessment and development, and human resource audits. At Mason, Paige teaches courses on various topics including Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Teamwork and Leadership. In addition serves as the Assistant Dean and Director of Graduate Business Programs (MBA, EMBA, etc).

Paige received her Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Paige maintains the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. In addition, Paige is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  She has presented several papers at professional conferences and is published in Human Resource Management, Journal of Social Psychology, Encyclopedia of Creativity, The IBM Center for Business and Government Competition and Choice Series, and The Industrial/Organizational Psychologist.

In her personal time, Paige enjoys time with her husband, Phil, and two sons. They enjoy boating, spending time outdoors, reading, and visiting with friends.
